Your company or your municipality, as our cooperation partners, will work together to jointly strengthen Sunnhordland as a farming and working region.

Vision

The vision to collaborate regionally to get residents and more labor in Sunnhordland, a world-leading region in the green transition. Become a visible region among young people and parents, where the main goal is to convey expertise and create commitment about why Sunnhordland is chosen as a place of residence and workplace.

Goal setting

Together, the region must be restructured in order to make the necessary priorities and measures needed to attract, retain and develop the workforce. Through a joint long-term strategy for municipalities, business and education must work together to attract and retain qualified labour, and create a shared experience of being a region with a strong ability to implement. Recruit and

develop existing education so that one can take part in the new green value chains and use of new technology.

Strategy

One must collaborate on continuous development in order to create the best results. The project will work with different types of activities which at any given time are expedient to create the best results with a long-term goal of establishing networks over time and creating commitment to the region among young people.

Contents and price

This agreement will ensure long-term and predictable financing of measures for the project's reputation and recruitment project.

Price per year

Cooperation agreement: 1 - 5 employees: 5,000, ex VAT

Cooperation agreement: 6 - 20 employees: 15,000, ex VAT

Cooperation agreement: 21 - 100 employees: 30,000, ex VAT

Cooperation agreement: over 100 employees: 50,000, ex VAT

duration

This agreement applies until one of the parties terminates the agreement.*

* The agreement is automatically extended for one year at a time, unless one of the parties terminates the agreement in writing within 3 months before the end of the agreement period.
