Trainee Sunnhordland

Being a trainee means that you will work for a year in a company in a field that is relevant to you. You will be assigned a mentor from the company who will accompany you throughout the year, give you tasks that are relevant to your field of expertise and which will give you insight into the entire company. You must have a bachelor's or master's degree and a maximum of three years' work experience after your studies.

You will participate in social gatherings together with other trainees in the region. The gatherings will focus on exchanging experiences, getting to know each other and the region you live in. You will participate in various themed evenings and courses that are useful for those new to working life. Last but not least, there will be a big focus on having a good time together!
